ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

Just the Tonic is a prominent comedy club and event promoter, celebrated for spotlighting top comedians and fresh talent across the UK. During the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the world’s largest arts festival, Just the Tonic hosts a diverse lineup of performances, making it a go-to venue for comedy enthusiasts. As part of my role with Impressive PR, I worked on a campaign to elevate the visibility of Just the Tonic’s shows, driving ticket sales and positioning the venue as a standout destination amidst the festival’s thousands of offerings.

The campaign involved crafting engaging press materials, including press releases and artist profiles, to highlight show details and unique selling points. I built relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure interviews, features, and reviews that amplified the performers’ reach. Additionally, I supported social media efforts by contributing to the creation of engaging content that connected with audiences and boosted online visibility.

Coordinating press schedules and managing interactions between artists and media ensured smooth interviews and coverage opportunities. Throughout the campaign, I monitored media coverage and compiled reports to showcase the campaign’s impact. This high-energy experience demonstrated my ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with artists and media, and deliver impactful results that helped Just the Tonic and its performers shine during the Edinburgh Fringe.
